Learn the first steps in a Christian holistic approach to helping people through struggles, disorders, and life issues. Sometimes it is hard to know where to start when someone asks us to help them with personal problems. In this episode you will learn one way to approach the "whole" person in helping with a problem. SPEC is a wonderful acronym to remember when helping people. You will also be able to apply these principles to your own issues.
